New Year’s Day

The beauty of Palm Springs is that it’s close enough to drive down for a New Year’s Eve party, but close enough to be back before the end of the first New Year’s Day bowl game.  I don’t really have a team to root for in any of today’s games, but since I am of the mindset that bowl games should be played on January 1, I will sit in my pjs and purple fuzzy socks and watch as many as I can.
