		<description><![CDATA[What a wonderfully emotional day.  Forty-five years ago, Martin Luther King, Jr. spoke of a dream at one end of the Mall.  Today, at the other end of the Mall, an important part of that dream came true.  WOW!  

And how appropriate that the first couple danced to &quot;At Last&quot; at the inaugural balls.]]></description>
