About Me
I’m a former junior high school teacher and former newspaper reporter who’s currently a superhero (ok, maybe not) attorney and electric industry-type. I’m fascinated by the world around me and the great (or at least amusing) thoughts it inspires. With that in mind, I often try to travel to other parts of the world (and this city). Latest trips have been to Australia, Brazil, and west of the 405. Below, I stand at the ridge of the Grand Canyon, a trip I did with my mother.

Personally, I’m not one for dressing up (too often) or wearing makeup (too often), reserving both of those activities for only the most special of occasions (weddings and job interviews). A favorite refrain is “If I’m wearing mascara, I’m looking for a job.” Unless, it’s Halloween–then I love to dress up.

Then again, sometimes, I wear less obvious costumes, like that of a Pro Bowl wide receiver,

or a whitewater rafter (that’s me in the front with the vein popping out of my neck).

Plus, I like making funny faces.

Hey chica!!!
The first photo scared me. This blog thing is cool, better than that my space thing — I am ashamed at how technologically backward I have become. Loving the travel – log thing.
Okay, I only hang out with “different” people – for obvious reasons. But you, you are CrAzY!
Hey, Laura!
Not sure if you remember me or not, but I was in the Bell Ward while you were there. Last I remember, you had just left for college and your sister Virginia was in my SS class. How is Virginia doing these days?
I just discovered your site and have enjoyed it thus far.
Take care.
Hey Kelly.
Of course I remember you. Glad you checked in!
Este blog es super-chevere, chama! Yo tambien tengo miedo de la vena en su cuello.
The faces reminds me of Hayden’s dr. visit today. I am glad the little boy was humored more than horrified. Great to see you and Happy Birthday! Have a drink for me in the district! Cheers!
